Dear Coalition Friends:
Local DC television station Fox 5 will broadcast a story about the National Mall tonight at 5 p.m.
Fox News picked up on Marc Fisher's column in Sundays' The Washington Post (our UPDATE from yesterday--"Restoring the Mall From 'Disgrace' to Showcase")
The story will include interviews with local developer Chip Akridge on his goal of raising $500 million to help the National Park Service maintain the Mall, and with Coalition chair Judy Feldman about the Coalition's 8-year-long efforts to raise public awareness about the Mall's needs and what we've accomplished to improved visitors' experience of the Mall.
