ASSIGNMENT AND RELEASE
By submitting my account, I hereby assign to The National Coalition to Save the Mall (the "Coalition") my full rights to same. I understand that by giving up these rights, I am giving up any copyright or performance rights that I may hold.
I also grant to The Coalition my absolute and irrevocable consent for any photographs provided by me or taken of me.
I agree that the Coalition and its assigns may use my name, video or photographic image or likeness and statements without further approval on my part.
I release the Coalition and its assigns and designees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of this account and such photographs and other materials as I may supply, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
