Sponsor selects preferred and other sites

Site Approval:

NCMC reviews/approves/disapproves sites
CFA approves site
NCPC approves site

Design Approval:

CFA reviews/approves design
NCPC approves design

Permit:

NPS approves memorial and issues permit (Additional permits ö water, sewer, etc. ö issued by D.C. agencies)
